Spa Service Policies

Treatments are by appointment only and can be arranged by calling 805.965.4577.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance should you wish to cancel an appointment or a charge for the cost of treatments and services not used will be posted to your account. Our prices are subject to change.

Cancellations for parties of 6 or more require a 72 hour cancellation. Appointments will not be extended due to late arrivals. After-hour appointments are available with advanced notice and are subject to a $20 surcharge. Gratuity is not included in the price of treatments.
